About Siraj

I'm the whole company. This is my desk.

I left the family business in January 2024 with no capital. 250+ companies later, the licence, the videos and the quotes all still come from one person.

Why the fee is split

I decided the government fee would never sit inside my number.

I'd seen how agencies quote: one lump sum, no breakdown. You can't tell what the authority charges and what the agent keeps, so you can't tell if you're being overcharged.

So before my first client I made one rule. You pay the authority directly, at the published rate, with the receipt in your name. You pay me a flat fee, agreed before I start. I add nothing to the government’s side.

How I got here

January 2024, no capital, aged 23. Then 250 companies.

Chapter 01/05· January 2024

January 2024

I left the family business.

No capital, no office, no staff. I was 23, and the only thing I had to sell was my own time on someone else's paperwork.

Just me

What I actually do

Four steps, and I do every one.

No hand-off at any point.

  1. 01

    You message me

On WhatsApp, by phone or by email. It comes straight to me.

  2. 02

    I reply

With the structure that fits and both fees, in writing, on separate lines.

  3. 03

    I go to the authority

In person, whenever the process needs someone there.

  4. 04

    I file the documents

Every application, in your name. You stay the owner.

Wrong turns

Your file passes five desks. Each one has a way to go wrong.

The mistakes I see most, where they happen, and what they cost people who found out late.

Route of one fileStop 01 / 05

The wrong turn · Jurisdiction

Picking a free zone because it was cheaper, then needing to trade onshore.

Some activities and customers need a mainland licence. People find out when a client asks for an invoice they can't legally issue.

What it costs

A second licence, and the first year of the wrong one.

What I do instead

I ask who you'll sell to and where before I quote anything.

Working with me

What you get with one person, and what you don't.

Siraj Izhar · terms of me

What you getOne person, start to finish

  • The person you message is the person who files your documents.
  • Replies from me. Not an account manager, not a call centre.
  • My fee and the government fee on separate lines, every time, with 0% markup on the government side.
  • Free zone licences typically issued in 3 to 5 days.
  • You stay the owner. I just handle the paperwork.

What you don't getThings a firm has and I don't

  • An account team. There's no one above me to escalate to, and no one below me to hand you to.
  • Offshore setups.I haven't done one yet. If that's what you need, I'll tell you rather than learn on your file.
  • A call centre. If I'm at the authority filing for someone, your message waits until I'm out.
  • A large firm.If you want a big name and a team of people on your file, I'm not the right choice.

If something here is a deal-breaker, that's fine. Better to know now than after you've paid.

Questions

Asked about me, not just the paperwork.

Ask me something else
Is it really just you?

Yes. There are no account managers and no call centre. The person who replies to your message is the person who goes to the authority and files your documents.

How do I check your licence?

The licence is SIRAJ MALIK BUSINESS SET UP SERVICES L.L.C, number 1576192, issued by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism. You can look it up on the DET website, or ask me and I'll send you a copy.

What happens if you're busy or away?

Your message waits until I can reply properly. I don't pass files to anyone else, so I take on only as much work as I can handle myself.

Do you do offshore companies?

Not yet. I haven't done an offshore setup, so if that's what you need I'll tell you up front rather than learn on your file.

Why do I pay the government fee separately?

So you can see exactly what the authority charges and what I charge. You pay the authority at the published rate with the receipt in your name, and you pay me a flat fee agreed before I start. I add nothing to the government side.

Who owns the company once it's set up?

You do. You stay the owner. I just handle the paperwork.

Can I visit you?

Yes. My office is near Al Qusais metro station in Dubai. Message me first so I'm there and not at the authority.

Rather talk it through

Still weighing it up? Message me on WhatsApp.

Tell me what you need and I'll reply personally with both fees and what happens next.
