Every price on this site is an estimate. Government fees are set by the relevant authority and change without notice, sometimes mid-process. The figures shown reflect published rates at the time of writing and may not be current.
The cost calculator produces an indicative estimate, not a quotation. Your exact cost is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
If a government fee changes after you receive an estimate, the authority’s current rate applies. We absorb no part of that difference and add nothing to it.
