What this site is
An information and enquiry site for business setup consultancy services in the UAE. Using it does not create a client relationship. That begins only when terms are agreed separately in writing.
Prices and estimates
All figures shown, including those produced by the cost calculator, are indicative estimates based on published government rates at the time of writing. They are not quotations and not offers.
Government fees are set by the relevant authority and can change without notice. Your exact cost depends on your activity, structure, number of visas, office requirement and the authority’s decisions. The figure that applies is the one confirmed to you in writing before work begins.
How fees work
Our service fee is a flat amount agreed in writing before work starts, paid to us for the work we do.
Government fees are paid by you, directly to the relevant authority, at the published rate. We do not collect, hold or mark up government fees, and the receipt is issued in your name.
No guarantee of outcome
Licence issue, visa approval and bank account opening are decisions of the relevant authority or bank. We prepare, submit and follow up on your application. We cannot guarantee any approval, and timelines given are typical rather than promised.
