Do I qualify for the Golden Visa?
It depends on the route: property value, company capital, salary, or a recognised specialist skill. Send me your situation and I will tell you which route fits, if any, before you pay anything.
Can I sponsor my family?
Yes. Spouse and children can be added under your Golden Visa. Each family member has their own government fee, which I quote per person.
Do I need to live in the UAE full time?
No. Unlike a standard residence visa, the Golden Visa is not cancelled if you spend long periods outside the UAE.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from a complete file. Property-based applications can take longer while the valuation is confirmed.
Can I get it through my company?
Sometimes. Founders of companies that meet the capital or revenue criteria can apply. I check your company documents as part of the eligibility check.
