Cost questions

About the number.

Ask me on WhatsApp
Why is the estimate a range and not an exact number?

Government fees shift with details the calculator doesn't ask: how many activities you list, which visa package the zone puts you on, and rate updates the authorities make during the year. The range covers those. Once I know your exact activity and documents, I confirm one figure in writing.

What exactly is your service fee for?

Structure advice, preparing and filing every application, following up with the authority until the licence is issued, booking visa appointments, and the bank introduction. It's flat, agreed before I start, and it never includes a markup on a government fee.

Do I pay the government fee to you or to them?

To them. Government fees go from your account to the authority, and the receipt is issued in your company's name. My fee is paid to me, separately. Both appear as their own lines on every quote.

What makes one free zone cheaper than another?

Mostly the package: how many visas it includes, the office requirement, and what the zone is positioned for. DMCC charges more for a premium address and trading credibility; SHAMS and RAKEZ compete on entry price. The cheapest option is not always allowed for your activity, which is why the first question is what you do.

Does the estimate change if I add visas later?

Yes. Each added visa brings its own government fee, and some zones move you to a larger package or require more office space. Medical and Emirates ID costs sit outside this estimate. Tell me how many you expect over the first two years and I'll plan the structure around it.
